Equalized Point Deduction for ZG Deathmatch.

So several players in the Deathmatch have mentioned that point deduction is to high especially deductions from new players. I think if we deduct an equal number regardless of rank it will make the game much fairer and a lot more enjoyable.

Perhaps an even 2 or 3? 6, 7, 8 point deductions are way to high from new players.

I think i was able to change it to 2.  I also set up auto-purge player stats.  This will purge player stats that are older than 30 days.  This will provide some incentive to players who want to keep their rank to keep visiting.  Please test and let me know how it is working.
