Ok, I have a problem, and what is this problem?

I find ZPS boring now, and so do a couple others….

So I’ve spent a lot of time playing Gmod lately, and I’ve reminded myself of the Zombie Survival gamemode for Gmod multiplayer. Here’s what it looks like:

I believe this is good idea, because:

1 – A lot of people on our admin team has Gmod

2 – A lot of people play Gmod

This is basically just about it, but I think it’ll be a good way to start building up the MMNB member list on the Steam group page. Plus, It would be a good way to practice the ”smooth incorporation” of another game into MMNB, so that when Contagion is released, we would already have an idea on what to do to promote it.

Killing Floor is pretty fun too. But i doubt it’ll become a part of MMNB.

Killing Floor is pretty fun too. But i doubt it’ll become a part of MMNB.

Having a Killing Floor server may look nice, but it won’t benefit the MMNB community because each server can only hold 6 people. Maybe if we have 3 or so, but even then the trickle of new members will be so small it isn’t worth the time and effort maintaining them.

quag is already running 3 server. Unless we can get someone else to run it i am against having another server.

Thanks Taco for speaking up . . . . . and he is right. We are running three servers at the moment, I really dont have the bandwidth to bring on another server at this time. Contagion will be out soon and our efforts will exclusively be spent there. In addition, we still have mappers like Taba, Wickk and even Dr. Vodker who are continually turning out some great zps maps. Getting bored with ZPS is like being married, it is all up to you on how exciting you make it, not by going out and finding another person to bang. Also, MMNB is still not ranked number 1 for ZPS servers. When we get to #1, then we can start talking about retiring. The question to all of you is, how am I helping to get MMNB there!

4. I am going to have a gmod series out soon.. On Hiatus.

Gmod is heavy for CPU . Gmod servers request much RAM and Internet from the host. I don’t think is a good idea if will be a Sandbox gamemode.
