      Hey fellas I’m new here, Started this map in march and finished it earlier this month. It is not completely finished (mostly fixes) It was my first released map using the source engine, and there are many flaws especially in the hotel in terms of layout and detail that have already been taken in to account and been improved upon in future projects. The hotel was one of the first areas I began making and is probably the worst in terms of detail, etc. But it should be a pretty fun map to play through, a lot more difficult and close quarters in the beginning in comparison to the choices of NMO’s currently out.       “IMPORTANT NOTE: Well, here it is folks. You may remember this map from my topic “Back on my grind!!” Not perfect or polished at the moment, but it’s playable and hopefully fun :). I’m using this opportunity to get all your feedback on simple things to improve. This map is nothing special, more of something that helped me learn the process of making nmo’s so DontExpect any ground breaking objectives. Speaking of objectives, my heli extraction is currently broke. So instead of the helicopter coming in and running to designated zones, players are just extracted assuming they are still alive. (Should be fixed in 0.4) A lot of areas are still a bit unfinished and unpolished, and I had many problems especially when I was still mapping this in 1.06, and more recently with things like nav issues. After some fixes to this, to make it semi-fun/replayable I am going to be putting my focus on a new project i’ve been wanting to start for awhile. I am really excited to get this out, but my next map will look much more beautiful and be designed better :)

      BACKSTORY: After weeks of holding up in a hotel room on what was supposed to be business, you must fight your way through grueling alleyways and ghetto apartments to survive. Supplies are already running dangerously scarce, the streets and buildings now cluttered by lifeless corpses and the lingering smell of rot fills the air. Caged in, weeks of hearing nothing but lifeless moans you finally hear a rejuvinating voice on a loudspeaker. Realizing it may be your last chance for help, it’s time to act. Fight your way out of a dreary hotel through Looming city alleyways and apartments to the Military checkpoint in hopes of salvation.

      Edit:Update will be coming within the next day or so with fixes including spawn door disappearing in warm-up round, and overall better detail, and optimization especially inside the hotel. In version 0.4 Quite a bit will/already been fixed, added some secret areas, and there will likely be an anti-objective going in by next week.
