Zombie Cure Lab officially has a full release date set, along with a brand new trailer that shows off the base builder/management game.
In Zombie Cure Lab, you need to survive a horde of zombies trying to kill you by attempting to bring them back to their human form. After so many years of facing against the zombie menace, humanity has finally found a cure that will partially reverse the zombification process. You, the player, are tasked with leading a remote scientific outpost, where you’ll need to build a fully-functioning lab in the wilderness.
Of course, the zombies won’t just come to you. You’ll need to assign your subordinates to gather resources, defend the lab, and construct equipment to capture and heal your zombie patients. By developing new tech and expanding your research, your lab will become a utopia for those scientists trying to save the world.
When you’ve treated a zombie, it will become an ally known as a Humbie. Humbies are human-zombie hybrids that can help you expand your base and assist in finding a cure for their zombie brethren. Of course, you’ll need to look after your Humbies and manage their mood and well-being, or else that intern you liked? Yeah, they’ll be lunch.
With a chance to research and unlock over 200 technologies to find an ideal cure and save humanity, you’ll need to carefully manage your workforce to ensure that this won’t be the end of us all.
So, what are you waiting for? Zombie Cure Lab will be available on 27th May on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.
