DARKEST DAYS announces 2025 update roadmap will bring more fun to the game
The coming year is going to bring a lot of things to the game, as promised by the developers. Now, let’s look at the month-by-month update routines from the game.
June
The primary update for June is the EXP Accumulation system. Any EXPs earned after level 40 will accumulate as a result of the update. Besides, there will be a new content named Resident Expedition. The game will add a new PvP multiplayer area named Holitore Land. Here’s what will come in the update:
- Community Pass: New Resident
- Community Pass rewards are enhanced
- ER Sources outside Rootland added
- ER Drop rate in Rootland increased
- Rootland Hack report system
- New Gun, Armor, and Vehicle
July
Key update in July includes the Guild system, Growth system, and Summer season update. Now, let’s look at the other updates:
- Community Pass: New Resident
- SS-Grade weapon damage increase
- The raid mode scoring system has been reworked, and the reward adjustment
- Lonetree Tunnel AFK prevention system introduced
- Improved stat adjustment system
- New Pet
August
The primary update in August will be Multiplayer Mode, reworked Party System, Improved resident AI, New PvE multiplayer area, etc. And, the regular updates will be:
- New Outfit, Gun, Armor
- Melee weapon buffed
- Mobile control convenience features

- New Vehicle
September
September will not introduce much, but the game said that new guns, armor, and pets will be available.
October
Apart from regular updates like new guns, armor, and vehicles, there will be a community pass in October. Among the exclusive updates, the major things include the Guild Content Update and the Halloween Event.
November
There will be a new pet and a community pass for the regular events. The key updates will be:
- New episode added
- Skill system overhaul
- New PvE Multiplayer Area
December
There won’t be much in December, but the key update includes the Winter Season event. And, there will be a new gun and new armor. So, the game is going to be packed with tons of new features.
