Bill Moseley And Kane Hodder To Star In Horror-Thriller COVET – Fangoria

Horror legends Kane Hodder (Jason Voorhees in Friday the 13th Part VII, and many more)  and Bill Moseley (House of 1000 Corpses, Devil’s Rejects) are uniting for horror-thriller Covet, Variety reveals today.

The sophomore movie from writer and director Brian McQuery (Plea), Covet follows:

…a sleazy car salesman [who] is framed for the murder of his mistress, he must prove his innocence — only to learn the forces responsible may not be human.

Talking to Variety, McQuery had this to say about this Covet:

“I’m thrilled to work with Kane in a role crafted to take advantage of both his intimidating presence and sense of humor. And I can not wait to see what Bill Moseley will do with his portrayal of Sheriff Troy,”

Covet is produced by Spyder Dobrofsky (Down Below) under his Worlds Apart banner. Here’s more from Dobrofsky:

Icons Kane Hodder and Bill Moseley sharing the screen together, with Brian’s wildly original script, is exactly the type of horror we’ve been looking for at Worlds Apart. We couldn’t be more excited to bring Brian’s vision to life, and give the horror audience the chills, scares, and nostalgia they love so much,

Covet marks a reunion for Hodder and Moseley who previously starred together in 2015’s Old 37.

Look out for more on Covet as we get it.
