How to obtain the Grow a Garden Chicken Zombie
Similar to the Panda pet, the Chicken Zombie was a free, limited-time pet that players could obtain if they were present in-game during the release event. This means it’s unfortunately unobtainable now, unless you manage to find one via trading.
The Chicken Zombie Event took place on May 17th, at 3 pm, where the game had a small update including new seeds, gears, and events. More on that later!
Chicken Zombie Stats
Unlike the free Panda, which had an… alright pet buff… the Chicken Zombie is quite valuable. Every 30 minutes, it has a 20% chance to apply the unique zombified mutation to a nearby crop. Zombiefied makes crops appear green and foggy, and their value increases by x25. Alongside this, the Chicken Zombie increases egg hatching speed by 10%.
For a free pet, the Chicken Zombie is great! Despite its long cooldown time between chances to zombify plants, those that do mutate become insanely valuable, making the Chicken Zombie a great addition to your farm for passive profit.
