Rob Zombie sat down with People Magazine to discuss his new book Rob Zombie’s House of 1000 Corpses: The Making of a Cult Classic. The book gives fans an inside look into the making of the 2003 cult classic film. The book features interviews with the film’s creative team and Zombie’s own reflections on how the movie came to be.
The book also includes a collection of new material for fans to chew on, including concept sketches, rare artwork and the film’s original script.
“I think fans will really enjoy seeing the journey of how an idea becomes reality,” said Zombie. “The book takes the fans from early notes and sketches right up to the premiere of the film. Along the way, you see every twist and turn the film took. It is not done through me telling the story but through my script which is covered in all my notes, thumbnails, sketches and constant changes.”
