Following his most recent leading performance in David Leitch’s The Fall Guy movie, Oscar nominee Ryan Gosling has reportedly found his next major action project.
Gosling has signed on for the leading role in the upcoming zombie movie I Used to Eat Brains, Now I Eat Kale, which is based on the 42-page short story by twins Adam and Daniel Cooper. At the moment, CAA is shopping the project to potential buyers after Sony Pictures had decided to pass on it since the studio is currently working on rebooting the 28 Days Later franchise into a new trilogy.

According to TheInSneider, I Used to Eat Brains, Now I Eat Kale will take place in a world where humans and zombies have learned to co-exist and “Zombie Lives Matter.” It reportedly has the same undertones as the popular horror comedy franchise Zombieland. Gosling will also next be seen in Amazon MGM Studios upcoming sci-fi movie titled Project Hail Mary, which is being directed by Across the Spider-Verse executive producers Phil Lord and Christopher Miller. He is also currently executive producing two movies, including Universal Pictures’ Wolfman movie, after he was originally attached the titular role.
